Copy-Paste the following code to a new notepad document and save it as something.reg. Don’t forget to set ‘All Files’ in Save as type.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] “DisableTaskMgr” =dword:00000000
2. Run it
Execute it by double clicking. It will ask you permission, just grant it. There you go. Task Manager is ready now.
